1. Booking and Payment Policy
• Initial Deposit: To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40% to 50% of the total package cost is typically required.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared 15 to 30 days prior to the departure date. For last-minute bookings (within 10 days), 100% advance payment is mandatory.
• Price Fluctuations: Rates are subject to change in case of government tax hikes, fuel price increases, or peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas/New Year).
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since Himachal is a high-altitude region with logistical complexities, cancellation charges are usually tiered:
• 30+ days before arrival: Only the initial deposit/service fee is forfeited.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days or "No Show": 100% of the tour cost (No Refund).

Himachal Pradesh is prone to landslides, heavy snowfall, and cloudbursts.
• globe24travels shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Any additional costs incurred due to these delays (extra hotel nights, transport changes) must be borne directly by the client.
4. Liability and Health
• Risk Acknowledgment: Clients participate in adventure activities (trekking, paragliding, river rafting) at their own risk.
• Medical Fitness: Clients must declare any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues) that may be affected by high altitudes.
• Personal Property: The agency is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal luggage or belongings during the tour.
5. Itinerary Changes
• The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and well-being of the passengers.
• Standard check-in time is usually 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins is subject to availability and hotel policy.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
• Any disputes arising between the client and globe24travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh (specifically the district where the agency is registered, such as Kangra or Solan).
