For domestic travel in India, you must carry a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) along with a printed or digital copy of your flight or train ticket. A passport is not mandatory for Indian citizens.

For Infants and Minors

·       Infants: A valid Birth Certificate is required.

·       Minors: School ID cards or any other photo ID proof are acceptable.

·       Unaccompanied Minors: Must carry a recognized photo ID along with parental/guardian consent forms, depending on the specific airline policy.

• Natural Calamities/Unforeseen Events: Generally, no refunds are given for trip cancellations due to landslides, heavy snow, or roadblocks, as these are considered beyond the control of the agency.

• Refunds are processed based on the timeframe between the cancellation request and the scheduled departure date.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to avoid any verbal miscommunications.

• Hotels & Flights: Specific cancellation and refund policies of individual hotels or airlines may override the Globe24Travels schedule if they are more stringent.
• Peak Season: For bookings during peak dates (e.g., Christmas, New Year, or local festivals), refunds may be restricted or entirely unavailable based on vendor policies.

4. Force Majeure (Natural Events)

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations or delays caused by "Acts of God," including landslides, heavy snowfall, cloudbursts, or government-imposed roadblocks.
• In such cases, globe24travels will make every effort to provide a "Credit Note" for future travel, subject to the agreement of our local vendors.

5. Processing Time

• Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in the client's original payment method.
• Any bank transaction fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the final amount.

Since Himachal is a high-altitude region with logistical complexities, cancellation charges are usually tiered:

• 30+ days before arrival: Only the initial deposit/service fee is forfeited.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days or "No Show": 100% of the tour cost (No Refund).

Note: Specific hotel or flight cancellation policies may override the above if they are more stringent.

3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Himachal Pradesh is prone to landslides, heavy snowfall, and cloudbursts.

• globe24travels shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Any additional costs incurred due to these delays (extra hotel nights, transport changes) must be borne directly by the client.

4. Liability and Health

• Risk Acknowledgment: Clients participate in adventure activities (trekking, paragliding, river rafting) at their own risk.
• Medical Fitness: Clients must declare any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues) that may be affected by high altitudes.
• Personal Property: The agency is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal luggage or belongings during the tour.

5. Itinerary Changes

• The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and well-being of the passengers.
• Standard check-in time is usually 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins is subject to availability and hotel policy.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising between the client and globe24travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh (specifically the district where the agency is registered, such as Kangra or Solan).
